If an application has a critical date please highlight this at time of lodgement. If you have engaged the services of a Migration Agent, please ensure your agent is the point of contact with the SMC and makes any enquiries on your behalf. In order for your application to be processed by the SMC, you must lodge a valid on-line application which MUST include the following documents to be processed: Skills Assessment Current CV Letter of completion from your educational institution IELTS results If these documents are not attached with your application, it will be deemed as invalid and State Sponsorship will be rejected. If you are a recent graduate and have not lodged a State Sponsored visa application within 6 months of completing your studies, you are required to hold the graduate visa (subclass 485) to be eligible for State Sponsorship. In this case please provide a copy of your Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) 485 visa grant letter with your State Sponsorship application otherwise your 886 or 487 sponsorship application will not be processed.
